APTR Releases Community Project Report on 2014 Ambrose Scholars

APTR is pleased to release the Community Project Report detailing the achievements of the 2014 class of the Paul Ambrose Scholars Program. Highlights of program success include:

2014 impact

This program seeks to meet the current and future health needs of the public by providing mini-grant funds to implement a Healthy People 2020 Leading Health Indicators project within a student's community or at their academic institution. Topic areas addressed by the 2014 class of scholars include:

  • Access to Health Services
  • Clinical Preventive Services
  • Injury and Violence
  • Maternal, Infant, and Child Health
  • Mental Health
  • Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity
  • Oral Health
  • Reproductive and Sexual Health
  • Substance Abuse
