Symposium Dates: March 2-4, 2020 in San Antonio, TX

As a 2020 Ambrose Scholar you are expected to attend the Student Leadership Symposium in San Antonio, TX from March 2-4, 2020 where you will be among health professions students from across the country with similar interests in prevention and population health. Scholars are responsible for their personal travel arrangements and expenses to San Antonio for the Symposium. The event will take place Monday afternoon, March 2, 2020 to Wednesday afternoon, March 4, 2020. After completion of all Symposium activities and requirements, scholars will receive a complementary year of APTR membership and a program certificate of completion.

All selected scholars must register for the 2020 Student Leadership Symposium to confirm their participation in the program. By confirming your participation in this program you are committing to attend the Symposium in its entirety and registration is non-refundable. This registration fee includes the following:

• Room accommodations on Monday and Tuesday evening of the Symposium. Scholars will be paired with a same-sex peer at the event hotel.
• Two days of breakfast and one plated lunch.

Scholars are responsible for their personal travel arrangements and expenses to the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk Downtown for the Symposium.
