Course Information and Registration for CE 

Instructions: Please read the following course information and complete the registration form at the bottom of the page to advance to the evaluation and post-test for CE credit. CE is offered free of charge.

Hardware and Software Requirements

The online courses offered on this website require a computer using the Windows Operating System (95/98, NT, 2000, ME, XP) or Mac Operating System (OS X version 10.7 or higher), and Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher, Mozilla Firefox version 3.5 or higher, Safari version 6 or higher, or Chrome version 6 or higher.

Certain activities may require additional software to view multimedia, presentations, or printable versions of the content. These activities will be marked as such and will provide links to the required software.

Continuing Education Credits

You need to view the entire program to receive credit (approximately 1.25 hours total). You will then be directed to a link for the post-test and evaluation.  To receive credit, you will need to correctly answer 70% of the questions on the post-test. Upon successful completion of the post-test, and completion of the evaluation, a Certificate of Completion will be available for you to print

Public Health CPH CE

The Association for Prevention Teaching and Research designates this enduring material for a maximum of 1.25 Certified in Public Health CE credits.  APTR is a pre-approved provider of CPH Recertification Credits by the National Board of Public Health Examiners. In order to claim credit, CPH Certified public health professionals must log into the CPH Recertification & Reporting System ( to report the recertification activity.
