Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by mail postmarked on or before February 4, 2010, or by e-mail dated on or before February 4, 2010, are subject to a $75 charge.
No refunds will be given after February 4, 2010. Substitutions are welcome. APTR will retain the full registration fee for any cancellations made after February 4, 2010. Registrants who do not inform APTR of their cancellation in writing by February 4, 2010 and do not attend the meeting will be responsible for the full registration fee.
