    9:00 am – 9:15 am: Introduction and Welcome
    9:15 am – 9:45 am: Keynote Speaker, Dr. Nina Wallerstein, to address issue of sustainability and give charge for the day.

    9:45 am – 11:15 am: Breakout Session 1: Developing Definitions: What is sustainability and what do we mean by capacity building?  Small group discussion facilitated by Community Partner/Investigator Teams.

    11:15 am - 11:45 am: Reports from Breakout Groups
    11:45 pm – 1:15 pm: Networking Lunch and Poster Session

    1:15 pm – 2:45 pm: Breakout Session 2: Creating Strategies and Solutions: What are barriers to and potential solutions/strategies for engaging with communities to create sustainable change for health?  Small group discussion facilitated by Investigator/Community Partner Teams.

    2:45 pm - 3:15 pm: Reports from Breakout Groups
    3:15 pm – 3:30 pm: Coffee Break

    3:30 pm – 4:45 pm: Panel discussion facilitated by Dr. Sarena Seifer, MD, Director of Community Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH).  Panel will include an investigator and community partner team who have been working on these issues, and representatives from policy and funding agencies.  

    4:45 pm – 5:15 pm: Closing/Summary Remarks by Dr. Wallerstein and charge to the group
    5:15 pm – 5:30 pm: Evaluation of Workshop
